Big White is 56 km (35 miles) southeast of Kelowna, the largest city in the Okanagan Valley,

shopping, dining, pubs and après entertainments await.

The skiing on your Big White ski holiday is truly spectacular. Big White is fortunate to
be hit with over 24 feet of 100% natural interior BC powder snow per year. The joy of skiing
this part of the world is the weather, as it never gets too cold! Temperatures average at only -
6 C (21F), so it is cold enough to keep the snow light and fluffy, perfect for skiing and riding,
add to that over 300 days of sunshine per year you are bound to have a fantastic ski holiday.
At Big White, you can enjoy 118 patrolled, groomed runs prepared nightly and green runs
accessed from every lift. With a green run from the top of each chair even beginners will
experience the thrill of big mountain skiing. With the help of a tilted winch cat, even the
steeper runs are groomed and a special pipe dragon is used to cut the half pipes and the
Super Pipe. With sixteen lifts including four high-speed quad chairs and an 8-passenger
express gondola; skiers and snowboarders can explore a wide range of terrain, including
phenomenal powder bowls, glades and marked trails.

The on mountain facilities include 17 bars, cafes and restaurants offering everything from
international cuisine, award winning wines, to bar snacks and take out pizza. Entertainment
and Nightlife includes regular après-ski with live bands in bars and pubs.  Experience North
America's largest resort tubing park, located in Happy Valley, just a short gondola ride from
the village centre. There is so much on offer at Big White, ice-skating, sleigh rides,
